We are a not-for-profit company with a team of rostered volunteers who will get back to you ASAP. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

We are using a different system to 2023, so your old log in will not work. Please create a new account at the ArtFuel login page, then once you’re logged in you can purchase passes and tickets.

Please go to the ArtFuel log in page,  scroll to bottom left and put in your email address. You will be sent a link and just follow the prompts. Do check your Junk Mail if it doesn’t arrive shortly.

We sold out of Early Bird Memberships in January. If you purchased a $350 Early Bird Membership (or $700 for a double), then you are a Member. Just log into your account and select which sessions you’d like to attend (excluding Special Events which have their own separate tickets).

You always need to log into your account first

You always need to log into your account first. Then you can purchase up to 4 x Day Passes per account for Friday April 26, Saturday 27, and Sunday 28. Please note these Day Passes will all be attached to the account of the person who makes the purchase and cannot be separated.

The Day Pass does not give you full access to any session that day, you still need reserve your seats at all the sessions you wish to attend. Day Pass = $130 each.

Yes, you can log into your account and then buy up to 10 x single session tickets per event. These tickets will be held in the name of the purchaser. You cannot separate them out to different accounts. Single sessions cost $30 each.

There are no concession or student rates.

For refund requests, please email us at [email protected] as we have waitlists for sold out sessions, so if you can’t make it we can make your seat/s available for others. Note there will be no refunds from 9am Monday April 22.

Check your junk mail if you can’t find your PDF summary of sessions that you’ve booked. The sessions will be in the order that you booked them. However if you log into your account and click on “Tickets” then you can see everything you’ve booked grouped into each day.

The Trivia Night sold out prior to the program’s release. We apologise for the inconvenience.

We have a special program on Wednesday April 24 which starts at 3pm and runs until 7pm.

On ANZAC Day our program doesn’t begin until 1pm. The Sorrento RSL has invited all attendees to join the Dawn Service on Thursday April 25. Afterwards there will be a traditional parade through Sorrento and everyone is welcome to attend.

We’re still working on this. There is certainly some transport out to the Portsea Surf and Life Saving Club from Sorrento. There will also be volunteers driving people where possible, but luckily most of the venues are close to each other.

There is a range of places you can stay. Please contact the Sorrento Beachside Visitor Centre, if you can’t find what you need online.

Rotary will be manning the David Macfarlan Recreation Reserve around the Sorrento Football Oval. Enter via 43-45 Hotham Road, Sorrento, gold coin donation for all-day parking (Friday and Saturday only).

The Promenade Sorrento Car Park at 19 Morce Avenue is also available.
