Jess Sanders is a Hobart based social worker, educator and best-selling, award-winning author of non-fiction children's books such as Love Your Body, You Are Enough and You Can Do Hard Things. Jess has a particular passion for writing books that provide families with the knowledge and tools to understand tricky topics such as anxiety, body image and gender. Jess regularly presents to young people, parents and educators on topics such as grief and loss, body acceptance and self-care.
