Jacinta Parsons discusses her new book about ageing

Our next South Yarra Library event will feature broadcaster and author Jacinta Parsons, in conversation with Festival Director Corrie Perkin.

The topic: women and ageing and how to do in cheerfully, optimistically and graciously.

Jacinta’s new book, A Wisdom of Age: Lessons on Living from Our Wise Elder Women arrived in bookstores a couple of weeks ago and already there has been a lot of discussion surrounding the issues Jacinta raises.

The book has also harnessed many positive responses, including from presenter and television personality Myf Warhurst who says: “This beautifully written book had me laughing, crying and at the end, utterly transformed. It has changed my perspective on ageing and inspired me to live and think about it in a completely different way. Adored it!”
